Natalie Gallego is an associate in the Corporate Practice group in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. Natalie focuses her practice primarily on mergers & acquisitions, including the acquisition and financing of renewable energy projects, as well as emerging company and venture capital matters, debt and equity financings, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance matters. Natalie represents clients across a variety of industries, including renewable energy, technology, life sciences, entertainment, transportation, and manufacturing.

  • Represented the solar development arm of a global asset manager with respect to its acquisition of multiple portfolios of distributed solar projects in the United States.
  • Represented a technology company in several debt and equity financing transactions and in the sale of several subsidiaries to strategic buyer.
  • Represented a sustainable infrastructure investor in the sale of a solar project portfolio totaling 34.5 MW.
