Zachary O. Bazara represents buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, developers and builders, landlords and tenants in connection with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, title insurance, and complex commercial financing. He handles matters relating to every phase of the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, including title and survey review and preparation and negotiation of related transactional and financing documents.
Zachary is experienced in negotiating triple net and industrial gross leases for office, retail, and industrial space, as well as related documents, such as brokerage agreements, leasing and property management agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, subordination agreements and security agreements.

- Involved in representation of a domestic banking institution in connection with a $3.35 million construction revolver to finance construction of an 18,197 square foot office building, secured, in part, by real property located in Broward County, Florida.°
- Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in one of the largest real estate deals in recent South Florida history, the $342 million acquisition of six separate buildings on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road. Transaction involved negotiation of a new joint venture agreement with an institutional investor and obtaining financing from two institutional lenders as part of the acquisition of 113,790 square feet of street-level retail space along Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida.°
- Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in obtaining a term loan in an amount up to $25 million as part of the acquisition of an income producing mixed-use portfolio, consisting of eight separate buildings and containing 74,354 square feet of office and street-level retail space along Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, Florida.°
- Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in the $85 million sale of two adjacent multi-anchor retail centers, consisting of 85,000 square feet and 268,000 square feet respectively and located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.°
