Bryce Bailey

Bryce Bailey is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office. His practice is focused on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and dispositions, private equity, corporate governance, and corporate finance. Bryce represents and advises a diverse group of clients, across a variety of industries, including software and technology, manufacturing, and esports. Bryce has experience assisting companies with entity formation, corporate governance matters, and general commercial transactions.

Additionally, Bryce has experience in the area of commercial real estate transactions. He has represented a variety of clients, including banks and real estate investment companies, in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of real estate properties of all product types.
