Gabriel Alonso

Gabe Alonso is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, business, and sports venue development transactions. Gabe advises clients on a wide array of real estate transactional matters including purchasing, financing, developing, leasing, and selling various classes of real estate assets. Gabe also has experience representing clients in corporate transactions such as entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate governance matters.
