WARSAW – 27 November 2024– Greenberg Traurig advised Echo Investment on the sale of the REACT office building located in the center of Łódź to the Estonian investor Summus Capital.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the City of Łódź not exercising its pre-emption right.
The REACT office building, located in the Śródmieście district of Łódź has a total space of 15,000 sqm GLA, spread across 7 above-ground floors.
The Greenberg Traurig transactional team was led by Local Partner Kamil Majewski, who was supported by Associates Jakub Gajzler and Maciej Smaczyński. Deputy Managing Partner Radomił Charzyński provided strategic advice on the transaction.
