Rothstein, chair of the Asia Real Estate Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was a featured speaker at the 2024 ULI Asia Pacific Summit held May 27 – May 30, 2024, in Tokyo. The annual event, organized by the Urban Land institute, brings together experts and market participants from the entire Asia Pacific region and around the world to discuss the latest trends and best practices in the real estate industry.
Rothstein moderated and led a panel discussion on the key Asia investment markets of India and China. Titled “A Balanced Perspective on Real Estate in India and China,” the panel discussion focused on the current market conditions and the recommended strategies for navigating the unique complexities of both India and China.
