NEW YORK (April 17, 2014) – David Kurzweil, shareholder of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, hosted The Commercial Finance Association’s (CFA) Secured Lender and Leading Authorities lunch event on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 in the firm’s New York office. The event featured the former director of both the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and National Security Agency (NSA), General Michael Hayden.
Kurzweil is a member of CFA’s National Executive Committee and serves as Co-Chair of CFA’s Education Foundation and on the Board of CFA – Georgia Chapter. Admitted to practice in Atlanta and in New York, he is Chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Practice and a Co-Chair of its Financial Institutions Practice.
The CFA is a prominent national trade organization for financial institutions engaged in asset-based lending and related services. The CFA’s Education Foundation provides funding, educational materials and faculty for financial industry education programs and studies.
