BASF Barristers Tax Section Panel: "Property Tax and Estate Planning in the Wake of Prop 19"

Associate Jennifer Vincent is set to speak on a panel titled, "Property Tax and Estate Planning in the Wake of Prop 19," presented by the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Tax Section and Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section. The panel will discuss property tax law in general, the law as it existed under Proposition 13 prior to February 2021, and the law as it exists now under Proposition 19. In addition, it will provide insight into new filing requirements for certain transfers, how property tax planning can be affected, and related estate planning considerations.
