ABA Public Contract Law Section's Public Procurement Symposium

GT Shareholder, Melissa Prusock, will be the moderator at the ABA Public Contract Law Section's Public Procurement Symposium. Melissa's panel is from 2:15 pm until 3:45 pm, and is titled, "Grants 101: An Introduction to and Refresher on Federal Grants and What May be Changing." Participants will provide an overview of the statutes and regulations governing Federal Grants, including the Uniform Grant Guidance, and its anticipated updates. It will will also delve into the interplay between grants and contracts, discussing the flow-down requirements and accounting rules applicable to grantees and their contractors on the federal, state, and local level.
