IP Issues in Business Transactions 2023

PLI's IP Issues in Business Transactions 2023 will provide an in-depth understanding of IP considerations as they arise in business transactions. The program will begin with a brief update of key developments, and will explore the strategic role of IP in a company and its business transactions. Greenberg Traurig's Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will be a panelist during the "Basic IP Principles and Recent Developments" session on February 2 at 9:00 a.m. PST. The panel will provide an overview of recent developments and an analysis of their impact on transactions involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. The session will also cover adapting IP transactions to evolving business and technological landscapes.
