Join Greenberg Traurig Tokyo Managing Partner Koji Ishikawa; attorneys from GT's U.S. offices who specialize in IPOs and SPAC mergers; and representatives from the Nasdaq Stock Market for a program on Nasdaq Listing Alternatives. Panelists will provide an introduction on how companies are listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market and discuss how Nasdaq listings through IPOs and SPACs are available to Japanese companies.
