Greenberg Traurig’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team handles data privacy and data security investigations initiated in the United States and in Europe. Our work ranges from notices of violation, requests for information, and civil investigative demands to full-blown regulatory enforcement actions. We have broad experience representing clients before the main data privacy and data security regulators in the United States, such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state attorneys general, as well as representations involving supervisory authorities in various EEA Member States.
