Privacy Gap Assessments

Greenberg Traurig’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team routinely conducts gap assessments to help companies identify aspects of their privacy programs that may not fully comply with privacy and security legal minimums or best practices. Among other things we assess programs for compliance against the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the patchwork of United States privacy and security laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).
