  • Lead complex multi-party negotiations and closings with developers, retailers, city officials, and other end users, resulting in the development of numerous real estate projects.
  • Experienced in drafting complex real estate agreements such as REAs, Leases, Supplemental Agreements, Indemnity Agreements, and Purchase and Sale Agreements in connection with the development and redevelopment of regional enclosed, lifestyle, and open air shopping centers located around the country.
  • Drafted and negotiated complex agreements such as Asset Purchase Agreements, Intellectual Property License Agreement, Structured Escrow Agreements, Transitional Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Compete Agreements, Shareholder Voting Agreements, among other types of necessary acquisition documents.
  • Possess broad experience in identifying, researching and resolving numerous issues and disputes related to CAM, real estate tax, insurance, and maintenance and repair.
  • Diversified background in drafting and negotiating general corporate license and service agreements.
