Miguel Saiz is an active member of the litigation and arbitration team in Mexico City, where his practice focuses on tax and administrative litigation. He advises clients on matters related to tax, administrative, and energy law, actively participating in appeals before administrative authorities, annulment trials before the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, as well as in amparo trials against rulings issued by administrative courts and laws approved by the Congress of the Union.
