Bernardo Ochoa is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office. He focuses his practice on general corporate law and administrative law matters, infrastructure projects, banking and finance, and project and infrastructure financing.
Bernardo has experience in the analysis and implementation of financing and refinancing structures for infrastructure projects including highways, railways, and telecommunications, water purification and distribution systems, recreational facilities, and federal correctional centers.
Bernardo has been involved in the structuring, negotiation, and formalization of financing and refinancing deals that together exceed USD $8 billion dollars.
