Jorge L. Navarro focuses his practice on general real estate matters, including land use and zoning, procurement, environmental permitting and enforcement, and local government matters. He is experienced with zoning applications and land use amendments for large scale commercial, residential and industrial projects. Jorge manages cases, prepares applications for hearing, and presents items before various local boards and governmental agencies. He represents public and private sector clients throughout Miami-Dade County and surrounding municipalities.
