Tammy Y. Lam is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice of the firm’s New York office. She focuses her practice on private placement financings, project financings, and other types of secured and unsecured lending transactions, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Tammy is an experienced attorney who has a strong track record of representing both domestic and international lenders and borrowers. Her clients include sponsors, guarantors and project companies, banks, insurance companies, institutional investors and other financial institutions. Tammy has a robust experience in handling a wide range of matters, including senior, subordinated and mezzanine loans, letter of credit facilities, acquisition financings, asset-based lending transactions, tax equity investments and corporate offerings.

Tammy regularly represents institutional investors and project sponsors in the financings of power generation facilities including solar, wind, LNG and biofuels facilities, as well as of infrastructure projects.

In addition to her work in project finance, Tammy has represented institutional investors in various stadium or arena financings of major sports teams across the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Notable financings include AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Truist Park in Cobb County, Georgia, and the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
