Stephanie focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, developing, and leasing of retail, office, industrial, residential, raw-land and mixed-use development projects on behalf of developers and other institutional clients. Her experience includes the negotiation, documentation and closing of the sale and purchase of projects covering virtually all real estate asset classes. She also has experience representing landlords in connection with commercial leasing matters.
