Nathan Hsu advises clients of all sizes on patent matters in the biological sciences. His practice extends to technologies including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, stem cells, gene therapy, bioinformatics, transgenic plants, and many others. He also advises on non-biological patents in areas including biochemical and petrochemical manufacturing, food manufacturing, and mechanical device applications. He counsels matters on both U.S. and foreign matters, including matters involving the European Patent office.
