Alison M. Gathright counsels clients on corporate and securities matters with a focus on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She has transactional experience structuring and negotiating strategic and leveraged acquisitions of public and private targets as well as handling divestitures, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Alison helps clients with equity financings, minority and venture capital investments, restructurings, executive compensation matters, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
