WARSAW, January 29, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig represented the private equity fund Innova Capital in the acquisition of a stake in Bielenda Kosmetyki Naturalne from its current owners. The transaction was subject to approval by the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
The Greenberg Traurig team was supervised by Senior Partner Lejb Fogelman, led by Partner Rafał Baranowski, with principal support from Local Partner Filip Kijowski and Senior Associate Tomasz Denko from the M&A practice. The core team also included: Partner Aleksander Janiszewski and Senior Associate Mateusz Koronkiewicz from the banking and finance practice and Local Partners Magdalena Życzkowska-Jóźwiak and Małgorzata Kercz from the real estate practice.
