Greenberg Traurig’s Martine Tariot Wells to Speak at 2025 ABA Wage & Hour Committee Midwinter Meeting

DENVER – Feb. 14, 2025 – Martine Tariot Wells, a Labor & Employment shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Denver office, will be speaking on the “FLSA Hot Topics” panel at the 2025 ABA Wage & Hour Committee Midwinter Meeting Feb. 20 in Cancun, Mexico. Panelists will discuss the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and clarify recent developments, covering topics such as the federal contractor minimum wage, including the recent U.S. Supreme Court's denial of certification in Bradford, the current landscape of FLSA regulations, how courts are handling the issue of conditional certification following the Swales and Clark cases, decisions on whether FLSA settlements require approval, and cases anticipated to be decided in 2025.
