NEW YORK – May 5, 2022 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Energy & Natural Resources Practice represented Bridgelink Power on a senior secured revolving credit facility for up to $200 million with Crayhill Capital Management. The facility will be utilized to fund pre-construction project expenses, including equipment procurement and other long lead items. The facility will also allow Bridgelink to strategically acquire additional pre-construction projects.
Greenberg Traurig comprehensively advised Texas-based Bridgelink Power on all legal aspects of the deal which was announced April 12. The Greenberg Traurig team was led by the firm’s Global Co-Head of Energy Project Finance Jeff Chester.
