Elba Gutiérrez, Director of Greenberg Traurig's Global Pro Bono program, will participate in the tenth regional forum towards the 2024 Judgments Award "Access to Identity and the Principle of Non-Refoulement", in the panel entitled "Access to Identity: A Fundamental Right for People on Human Mobility in Latin America and the Caribbean". The event will take place on Monday, November 4 from 9:35 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in Mexico City.
During the panel, Elba will talk about the right to identity of refugee migrants and asylum seekers.
