On September 18th, our GT Berlin Women's Initiative is planning another event, this time on the topic of "Unconscious Bias." Why is there such a homogeneity in management positions, and how can we constructively counteract unconscious bias? The aim of our event is to raise awareness, find honest explanations, and have an open exchange of views in a diverse group.
