PLAC 2023 Fall Conference

Minneapolis Shareholder Libby Stennes will present at the PLAC 2023 Fall Conference on October 5. Libby's session titled, "PFAS and Product Liability: What You Need to Know About Regulation and Litigation, " will cover emerging issues impacting product liability for per- and poly- fluorinated substances, more commonly known as PFAS.
