The presentation, "Things We Know for Sure About the Attorney-Client Privilege That Ain’t So: Privilege Pitfalls for In-House Counsel," will explore application of the attorney-client privilege in the wake of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision that dismissed a case on this issue after argument. The session will cover ethics and compliance concerns associated with the evolving definition of “privilege,” and outlining good practices related to privilege in an age of new communications methods.
