Martin’s real estate litigation practice includes the representation of real estate owners, developers, landlords and tenants, investors, and other stakeholders in matters involving real estate development, financing, investments, mortgage foreclosures, mechanics liens, lease matters, and related litigation.

With deep experience in post-judgment proceedings and asset-recovery litigation, Martin has represented clients in veil piercing litigation, asset turnover, receivership matters, and preference actions in bankruptcy courts throughout the country.
