Martin Kedziora focuses his practice on product liability litigation and real estate litigation. He regularly defends high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. Martin’s real estate litigation practice includes the representation of real estate owners, developers, landlords and tenants, investors, and other stakeholders in matters involving real estate development, financing, investments, mortgage foreclosures, mechanics liens, lease matters, and related litigation.

With deep experience in post-judgment proceedings and asset-recovery litigation, Martin has represented clients in veil piercing litigation, asset turnover, receivership matters, and preference actions in bankruptcy courts throughout the country.

Martin also counsels foreign companies and high-net-worth individuals regarding their investments and business operations in the United States, including the formation and corporate structure of U.S. subsidiaries, interplay with foreign controlled parent, risk management and other aspects of their cross-border transactions.
